Is incredible how fast things happens, I created this blog and I just start to have spam…
In the previous post the first comment is made by a company (I deleted the URL from the post) that to increase their visibility on Google they have a bot that adds comments on your blog adding their URL on the comments of the Blog and in this way gaining backlinks, I have to say that this is really smart, but I think it is a really bad way to SEO.
They scream loudly around the web and for sure they are going to make some backlinks, but their reputation will start to decrease around the SEO community… is it a game worth to play? My answer is NO.
As I think and I’m convinced (see the tag line of this blog) on the web you have to whisper and not to scream what you are advertising for…
Why whisper?
- When you whisper, you do it to a single person, and that one would be able to feel that you take care of him, is something like a personal relation between the “user” and the “advertiser”, this means when you use AdWords campaigns, when you put banners around, when you ask for backlinks and when you comment a Blog.
- When you whisper you don’t bother the people that doesn’t want to be disturbed and you can focus on the people that really are searching for you.
- When you whisper you focus your resources on the people that you really need and want.
Why not to scream?
- When you scream you bother everyone with a loud noise, you get attention, but people are annoyed by you and learn to avoid you.
- When you scream you reach also people that you don’t want.
- When you scream you waste lots of resources to attract people that you don’t want or need.
Now that I have exposed the guidelines of the Web Whispering you will be able to understand really which is a good way to SEO and which is a bad way to SEO. And for you sure you will undrerstand why the Blog Spamming is a really bad way to scream…
